China Capital Management Company Ltd. ("CCMC") is an international investment fund manager incorporated in the Bahamas on May 13, 2004. CCMC currently manages China Vision SME, LP ("China Vision" or the "Fund"), a private equity fund established on October 15, 2004 in the Bahamas.
CCMC is sponsored by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ("CCPIT") and MiddleLand Capital ("MiddleLand"). CCPIT, also known as China Chamber of International Commerce, is China's largest and most important institution for the promotion of foreign trade, foreign direct investment and related issues. MiddleLand is an investment holding company controlled by Mr. David Mixer, co-founder of US-based Columbia Capital, with decades of experience in private equity investment.
The mission of China Visions is to achieve safe and attractive returns for its investors primarily through investment in mid-cap, traditional industries, well-established and fast-growth Chinese companies, and which investments shall be subsequently realized through public offerings or private sales. The Fund is expected to complete five investments from mid 2006 to mid 2007 and realize an estimated average net return of 150%-200% for each deal in 2-3 years when exits.
